If you're enjoying Ozzy & Jack's World Detour on the History channel, here's some good news for you -- A second season may be in the offing.
The travel show takes the father-son team of Ozzy and Jack Osbourne to various historical sites around the world -- including Stonehenge, Mount Rushmore, the Alamo and more -- for visits and encounters and has received critical praise since it debuted over the summer.
Now Osbourne tells the Houston Press that "there are talks about filming a second season of 'Ozzy & Jack's World Detour' with my son Jack," though he didn't offer any details about when episodes might be filmed or where they might go.
Osbourne told us earlier this year the show was Jack's idea, but he didn't take much convincing to agree to do it:
"He came to us and goes, 'Dad,' and I go, 'Don't tell me. yes, the answer is. I'll do anything.' I adore him and I love him to death and he's such a courageous kid...So when I'm on some down time and he asks me something, I'll go 'sure, Jack, no problem.'Then it's real, right smack bang in the middle of when I'm doing a tour. But I don't mind. It's kind of like a father and son deal, that's all."
Osbourne is in the midst of Black Sabbath's The End farewell tour, which wraps up with a pair of shows at the beginning of February in the group's home town of Birmingham, England.
