Love supposedly means never having to say you're sorry, but Sammy Hagar has decided he loves Van Halen again and is apologizing for the harsh things he's said about Eddie and Alex Van Halen over the years.
Hagar, who served two stints fronting Van Halen appears on a new episode of "Oprah! Where Are They Now?" Saturday (August 20) on the OWN Network and says he's putting his issues with Van Halen "behind me, and I'm proud of what we did. So I've decided, forgive and forget...I just wanna be friends. I wanna say I'm sorry of anything I said bad about you."
Hagar also says he's not looking to reform the band but just wants to end the bad blood. The episode airs at 10 p.m. ET.
