Three College Students Bought A Used Couch, Found $40,000 Hidden In It . . . And Tracked Down The Former Owner

In March, three college kids in New Paltz, New York bought a used couch for $20 . . . and found $40,000 hidden in the cushions.

They also found a deposit slip with a woman's name on it, and decided to track her down to return it.  Turns out she was a 91-year-old widow who'd recently broken a hip . . . and her kids had donated the couch while she was in the hospital.
