Asher Perkins is a Detroit native and grew up in a very musical household. His parents encouraged him to explore life through music and experience it in all aspects. He began with the accordion which eventually grew to other instruments and sounds. When he discovered techno and electronic music it changed his life. After years of contributing to the behind the scenes aspect of Movement, Asher is finally able to take the stage as a performer. You can catch him on the Made In Detroit stage on Saturday May 24th during the Movement Electronic Music Festival.
